CAYO GUILLERMO BEACH

Beach is one main reason you should visit Cayo Guillermo on your next trip.

In Cayo Guillermo you will see a beach in front of your hotel. That beach will be full with tourists and it is very nice white sand beach with some corals in torques waters. If you like to be close to the bar and have a few drinks than sure you can spend a few days in front of the hotel and on hotel beach, but if you are adventurous and want to see more of this nice island than please rent scooter (small motorcycle) or car or borrow bicycle from your hotel and go wander around. Nice spot and very beautiful beach is one at the end of island and it is called Playa Pillar. Beach is awesome and form there you can take catamaran ride to one even smaller island where you can have a drink and walk around. Believe me doing so you will really feel that you are at the end of the world as not too many other tourists you will be able to see. Next good spots are a few small beaches right of Playa Pillar. Both beaches are smaller in size but have nice privacy and when I was there I didn’t really see anyone there so you will have your freedom for sure.
